Brooklyn, NY – Effective May 26, 2009, the business known for years as Blue Ridge Farms/Chloe Foods has been acquired by EM-ESS Acquisition, LLC, a company set up for that purpose, by New York businessman Marvin Sussman. Effective immediately, the company will be known as Blue Ridge Farms. |
